Vprimocare manufactures deck fittings and mooring hardware in accordance with classification society rules. Certificates, material test reports and inspection records are issued with each shipment, in the format required by the shipyard or the flag administration.

The factory operates a documented quality management system covering purchasing, production control, inspection, non-conformance handling and traceability of records.
The standard documentation package includes the following items. Additional documents — such as third-party survey certificates, material certificates to class formats, or project-specific ITP records — can be included when agreed in the order.
Inspection & Test Plan
Every order follows a documented inspection and test plan. The stages below are standard; hold points can be added for client or class witness.
Steel is accepted only against mill certificates. Each heat is verified for chemical composition and mechanical properties before it enters production.
First-article inspection of pattern equipment and castings, including visual and dimensional checks before machining begins.
Welding is performed under qualified procedures by qualified welders; machined surfaces such as base plates and roller journals are checked against drawing tolerances.
Magnetic particle or ultrasonic testing is applied to critical load-bearing components, such as crane hooks, hooks of lifting assemblies and welded structures, on request.
Final dimensional inspection, coating thickness measurement and, where specified, load testing under witness survey before packing.
Export packing with moisture protection, marking per packing list, and the complete document set is issued with the shipment for customs clearance and class submission.
