Vprimocare produces deck fittings and mooring hardware to client drawings, samples and brand specifications. The service covers shipyards that need project-specific fittings and distributors that supply under their own brand.

What We Offer

Custom manufacture from drawings — deck fittings produced to your DWG or PDF drawings, including non-standard bollards, chocks, fairleads and roller assemblies. STEP models can be produced for new designs.
Reverse engineering from samples — if you hold a physical sample, we measure it and produce manufacturing drawings for approval before production.
OEM branding — your logo and brand name applied by laser etching, cast-in marking or nameplate; packaging printed with your artwork.
Private label supply — neutral or branded packing, documentation issued in your company name where required by your customer.
Standard items with modifications — adjustments to base plate, roller configuration, coating colour or SWL marking on existing product designs.

Custom Project Process

From Enquiry to Delivery

Each custom project follows the same controlled sequence. Hold points are marked for your approval so nothing is produced without your confirmation.

Enquiry and drawing review

Send drawings, deck layout, working load and class requirements. Our engineers review feasibility and raise technical queries before quoting.

Technical proposal and quotation

You receive a proposal covering material grade, construction method, coating system, marking, documentation and delivery schedule.

Tooling and sample development

Pattern equipment or machining fixtures are prepared and a first sample is produced. Sample lead time is confirmed in the quotation.

Sample approval

You inspect and approve the sample — physically or by dimensional report. Production begins only after written approval.

Production and inspection

Batch production under the agreed inspection and test plan, with in-process records and final inspection report.

Export packing and shipment

Branded or neutral export packing, marking per agreement, and shipment with the complete document set.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Sand casting in carbon steel grades ZG230-450 and ZG270-500, with normalising and heat treatment in-house.
Forging of hooks, shackles and small load-bearing parts.
Welded fabrication in Q355B structural plate for bases, buoy bodies and large fairlead assemblies.
CNC machining for base plate flatness, roller journals and machined guide surfaces.
Assembly of polyurethane rollers and bearings.
Coating shop: blasting, epoxy and polyurethane painting, hot-dip galvanising on request.

Indicative Timeline

Production lead time is 7–15 working days after order confirmation. Sample development and approval for new designs are scheduled per project and confirmed with the quotation.

Client drawings and designs are used only for the ordered items. We can sign a mutual NDA before technical exchange where required.
